Building Loyalty
Audience churn rates are on the increase. Most performing arts organizations believe that their marketing departments are failing to attract new audiences. The reality is much different; new audiences are showing up in droves, but organizations can’t keep them coming back. The purpose of this two day seminar is to create a high-level, intensely interactive forum where participants will explore how to most cost-effectively turn the attrition tide. We will share analytics methodologies, research findings, and strategies designed to boost audience retention, strengthen communication channels, increase fundraised income, and build community ownership.
